Magic Water??

I just got Magic Water in a trade and was told to add it to my Fatasia, but it wont let me.. Is there like something i have to do before hand in order to change the weapon and add the Magic Water? Some Please help or help by linking me to a guide or topic that will be of help. Thanks in Advance...
