HL renewal

if there is a website that i can renew my HL at rather than doing it from my GC can some1 tell me, because the usual page wont come up. so just give me a link or something, thx

Just so you know, the link I posted originally took you to the web version of the account page, but for some reason its not working at the moment. It just keeps taking you to the main Sega page. Very strange lol.
