does any1 kno if shifta raises ata?

Shifta raises bases ATP and makes any ATP variances on the weapon larger, but does not affect ATA.

Shifta doesn't raise base ATP. Just total. Otherwise you could Shifta yourself then equip stronger weapons.

shifta only raises atp, however, It seems that zalure lowers enemy defense and evasion.

What makes you say that? I haven't noticed that.



My fomarl misses much more often when I dotn have zalure going, she hits more often with zalure.

EVP and DFP could both relate to how much something evades an attack.

yeah ive seen that with my fomar id otn have any ata on my mag so i have low ata when i use zalure it doesn seem that i hit more.

I agree my sabers and slicers seem to hit more after a target has zalure on it.
