does the p wand also lowers tp cost when it isnt tekked? cause if my fo (only has 834 mst at lvl 99... im using a 54 mind humar mag>_<) can use it he would be dead within notime

Actually the special on a Lavis Cannon works untekked. In fact its better to leave untekked because then the special doesn't take hp to use.

But using an untekked lavis is a glitch and kinda cheating. But I don't care much about that.

Untekked PWand works just like a tekked one, you just can't use the stupid special attack.
