Please Help

Yeah...I need some help.

I need my PSO fix, and since I switched from 56k to DSL...I haven't gotten online since last Monday *gasp*

Anyways...here's the problem:

-All my settings to log on are correct--I've contacted my ISP twice to make sure.

They are:

-Automatically get IP adress
-Manually entered DNS





Now...here's the tricky part.

I can ACCESS PSO'S WEBSITE and my game connects to it perfectly...(I'm on DSL with my laptop as I type this).

So the weird thing is...

I can connect through the website...but not to the actual game server.





Here's what happens:

The "Connecting to DNS settings" black page shows for about 20 seconds...and then I get a No.101 error.

I have tried almost every possible setting you can think of to get this to work...and still nothing.

Why can't I connect to the PSO game server yet I can connect to the game's website???

Help would be appreciated...I've almost ripped every hair off of my head.

Set "DNS server address" to Automatic.

UDP: 40975, 41231, 41487, 41743
TCP 9000-10000

Yea I'm not to quick on the uptake...

Care to specify/elaborate?

If your conected to the internet through a router, you will need to go into the routers firewall configuration and open those ports.

Can you tell me how I do this? Like where to go to check the settings, open the ports, etc?
