I'm 95% positive there was a topic on this, but my computer freezes everytime I do a search, so sorry.

There's a video of a guy who did SMB3 in 11 mins., and if I remeber correctly the topic said it was a bogus video. Is this true? I really would like to know before i lose my jaw. Even if it isn't, the video looks ungodly.

Yeah, the guy used an emulator, and when he messed up he just went back a few frames, and then patched it up to look smooth. I think so at least.

Correct. Been to the original website, the poor guy tried to explain in English (he's Japanese) what the video was exactly, and to tell people to stop downloading it, but failed miserably. AFAIK, his site was taken down due to excessive bandwidth soon after I saw the disclaimer.

How convienent!

He must have spent lots of time editing that video. Was it a year or something like that?

Japanese people that cheat are funny.

I don't think you can determine if people will cheat or not from their nationality.

Well... It's a commonly known fact that the Japanese are culturally predisposed to behaving in a polite manner, and cheating is generally impolite.

In any case, from my understanding, that video took that guy two years to make, and it was editted one frame at a time. That's my understanding of it, at least. Perhaps I'm wrong.
