how in the blue hell does this quest to get it work ? it says go to the unsealed door mission before you go to te waterfall tears and black papaer missions and if im not mistaken waterfall tears and black paper missions come before unsealed door mission rihgt ?

You must finish all the quests in that difficulty. You can then play through them again.

No it doesn't? It's better than Gungnir and it's special ablility does more than any partisan I can think of. As long as you have the HP for it...

wrong... i did the soul eater quest the first time through.

you DONT have to do Waterfall Tears & Black Paper to access the mines. just leave them alone until you finnish Dr. Osto's Research and Unsealed Door, then go back and do them. After that you do From the Depths.

What ketchup meant is that if you screwed it on the first time, you can always complete all quests, and take back where you screwed it, except if you told Sue your name.

Berserk Weapons will always miss if you don't have enough HP to use the special (or you will not get the BErserk effect, I forget).

If you ask me I would prefer banish over eater because it looks cooler its stronger and it can cast megid! (Only if your not a FO, it's kind of good!)

Banish- Very low lvl. megid, won't work on ult... as far as I have tried atleast... More accurate and powerful than Eater. Has that dark energy reaction when you swing (like delsaber's buster equiped with shield)
Eater- does a shiz load of damage with Beserk ability, .... that's about it...
Banish requires 850 ATP, HU's and FOmar&FOmarl only. They look identical, other than the fact their stats and special is different, and banish has that darkenergy swing. Eater requires.... little ATP to wear. Pefect for low-lvl. characters.

-_- ... the black smokeidsh thing (as you call it) is the dark energy stuff (that I called it) similar to delsaber's wear when both are equiped. BUT, the black smokeish stuff only comes out when you attack with it... not when standing. You couldn't tell the difference if both weapons were just standing still on someone. yes... and what I don't get, is KIREEK (aka, The Black Hound) is wearing Soul Banish. Yet, when you beat him, it says you aquire Soul Eater... that's wrong! Notice the dark stuff that comes out of Soul Banish and not Soul Eater, yet KIREEK's blade has the dark stuff just like Soul Banish! Now we must beat him over the head with Akiko's Frying Pan and demand answers!

Hm, let me explain, a weapon that sacrifices HP from your remaining HP (Berserk = 1/4 of remaining HP) will never kill you, the special just wont work, like you said.
Then you have unique specials that will sacrifice HP from your whole HP (Lavis Series = 5% of total HP, Orotiagito = 7% of total HP) no matter if you hit or not, in the same way as Vjaya uses Meseta, landed a hit or not.

When I tried to see if Berserk would kill you one time, I managed to get it down 3 or 4 HP and which point it, it didn't take any more, but the special still worked.

It just won't continue draining HP, although the special still has the powerful attack.
Yeah, technically, Vjaya isn't Charge, it's Meseta drain.
Same with Oro/Lavis, as HP drain....

Eater is Berserk, like any berserk weapon, Primrose explained it.
Banish casts a very low Lv Megid at the constant cost of 7% of your max HP.

Soul Banish is the most powerful partisan so far (S-Rank Scythe may be more powerful), and has 45 ATA (it's a lot) and a chance to Hit% (though slim)

my Zanba has 30/25/0/0/20, my Banish 55/15/25/0/0 and my Chain Sawd 25/0/40/0/50 amd I tested them all in Ruins -_-
