is there any way to put fan-art on this site other than finding a website to host it on? im very confuzled ;_;

No, they only host fan-art here in the archieves after it is choosen. you have to display it in the forums here before it get chosen (as far as i'm aware, art ain't my department).
So you have to get it hosted by your ISP or a hosting service.

I believe you do need a host if you plan to post fan art here. A good hosting site is http://www.photobucket.com .

Welcome, don't be scared. I look forward to seeing your art (I always love seeing others art, yet it makes mine look so... so... ugly). I try in the Fanart department, yet loose, guess I'll stick to writing.
