Well,

Yeah, I know I imported. But, I have decided to get the US version of EpIII. Why? I want english, and I dont just mean card descriptions and menu's, I mean the NPC's and offline story as well.

So, my JP HL has expired, and I do not plan to renew it. I am going to buy the US EpIII, and either keep my ver 1.1 and EpIII JP or sell them, I havent decided yet. I may buy the US EpI&II...but I dont know if I wanna continue with that.

So, anyway, its been fun playing with the importers, and its nice to have got some experience with the game before US release, but the JP thing killed me, and its really a shame Sega had to screw me (and alot of us) over twice. First ver 1.0 and now this...

Anyway, this ends the post. I will see you all back on EpIII w/ the US copy! (I dont know when ill have the money to get it...I should really sell 1.1 and epIII JP...lol)

I have both my EpI&II and EpIII (JP) listed on Ebay, lets just hope someone buys em so I can buy the US counterparts of both games (well, at least EpIII)

So instead of having a Action Replay and a cheap HL, you go trough all the hassle to sell all your JPN stuff and buy a new USA EpIII (which is way more expensive than any AR), just so you don't have a cheat device? Either I am missing the cost and problem free picture of the English Code or your "hate" against cheat devices is bigger than I imagined.

Yeah, the AR code is nice and all, but it still doenst give me the offline story or NPC speaking. Also, although unlikly, if the code is banned, your screwed again.

I just think it'll be easier in the end for me to just pick up the US version.

I will buy the PAL version to understand the storyline like Linkooseven. Still I will play online with my JP version. Which is cheaper, has less server problems and after 500 hours the language isn't a problem anymore. Well after 100 it wasn't already.

Only missing the offline story with the AR code. Which isn't a big deal for me anyway. I have logged over 200 hours now on Ep3 and maybe 10 of those were for offline. I like online way more. And the code does his job there perfectly. And yes Linkooseven they could ban the code. But after 200 hours of gaming, I know what all my 400 (or so) cards do. So that wouldn't be a problem. All the menu's I can dream by now. But until they ban it, I am using it. And for that offline story. My auction failed, but I was able to sell my EpI&II JP version for $30+shipping.

After fees and shipping I have $27-28 left, so I need to get another @20-25 for the game.
