I let my friend borrow my PSO awhile back so he could try it out and he lost my freakin case!! >_< I didn't care at first, but now I am able to get online, so I need a freakin SN & AC. Would anyone who KNOWS they won't ever be playing online, be willing to give me their Serial Number & Access Key? If I can't do this I might have to buy a new game, then return it or something... >_<

Remember the Serial Number & Access Key must not have been used. If you can give me one, then please post here, then PM me the Serial Number & Access Key. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help!

For customer service email (http://pso.sega.com/community/profiles/pso_gcn/pc_front/gcn_pc_help_contact.jhtml)

Or call:

1-800-USA-SEGA

I don't remember the circumstances, but on the DC I just called Sega and they gave me new numbers.

Business hours are Monday-Friday from 8-5 Pacific time.

Yeah, I had to do that too on the DC. They ask you for the previous SN & AC. The only thing they will do is let you change the numbers to another system. Cuz I bought a new Dreamcast and the old SN & AC wouldn't work so they had to do something to it, then I could use it on the new Dreamcast. Plus I had to wait on the phone for 30 minutes.

From what i can gather about the gamecube versions of PSO, sega are being very protective of serial numbers and access keys.
Without the numbers, you may as well buy a new copy of PSO, or try and find your case.

zephead, we cannot and will not help you with your request. Even if you are telling the truth, we are going to provide you with an access key that may easily be used by others for piracy. Your best bet is to go whereever you bought the game from and ask what happened to the original box. If they don't have it, and you require that serial to play, you should return the game as unworking, since it will not function without the serial.
