Ah yes, another problem for the gaming community to solve. Anyhow, yesterday I brought down EQ just to see if anything happened (freeness) and I actually got to create a character. And play the game. But, before this I tried the same thing and it said "You must enter a valid credit card or game card to play." Is it free now, or is Sony f****n me up, cause if they are...

But like every other game with a trial, you have to enter a credit card number or game card to play, since they can't bill you till they have one.

The reason I need to know this is because if I'm getting charged some way my mom is going to be pissed to no end. Thanks for the respones though.

Nope, no credit card, no game card, nothing. It doesn't even say anything about fee when I try to start it up.

Are you sure you are playing Everquest Online Adventures and not Champions of Norrath? You HAD to do SOMETHING, you did'nt just get on EQOA.

For any EQ game you dont have ot put a valid credit card or game card for the first month.(Damn Sony didn't give me one though)

Your right about that. This is a huge mystery... Anyhow, right now i'm hoping it's free, but maybe they are letting you play free for a month now. Heck if I know, be back with an answer in a month. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif
