The start up screen

Okay my thing loads fine, it connects to the server, but then it gets stuck on the screen where it usually says the "Welcome to Minhiro" or whatever, where it shows the above view of the lobby, it just started this after I fsod coming out of a game, any ideas whats wrong?

If you havent had any conection problems before, it might be worth checking your settings.
