Is EP I&II Plus worth it?

Man i cant take this anymore so im like really considering purchasing ep I & II plus but i have a few questions.

(1) I understand that characters can be converted over with all of there previous items right?Does this mean that the plus economy is just as currupt as EP I&II's is http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_confused.gif

(2)Free Loader ? i also know that free loader will allow me to play the but, does it offer any kind of english translation http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif because i will not have a clue what the NPC's are saying and last but not least.

It is a pretty good port. If you're not into cheating, and you like playing the quests offline (all quests), then you get the biggest bonus in your life. Especially since you can play offline quests with friends (the online ones go offline to clear that up)

You can wait on the American port. It'll make you much happy. If you own the Ep1/2 import... then IMPORT Plus... So that it wont affect your budget.

Fully patched and dupe free version. No shop dupe here.

Compatible with PSO Ep 1&2 JP ver 1.1 only - the discs are compatible.
Users of PSO Ep 1&2 JP ver 1.0 have to delete all items but char
level and are copletion remains.
