That would a BroadBand adapter bought from the US work on a GameCube bought from europe? I'm asking this cause there are no BroadBand adapters in Finland and there havent been any for 7 months now.

Yes, unlike phone systems, Broadband adaptors are universal, and they will work with any gamecube.
the only problem you might have is importing modems, while it will work on your gamecube, some coutries use different phone systems, which can cause problems for some modems.

Any BBA will fit any gamecube in any Global location where an ethernet conection is available.
