What would you recommend for a lvl 72 HUmar?

Hmm, both Spirit Garment and Parasite Wear: Nelgal are pretty good armors, but two other useful lower level armors are Attribute Plate and Custom Frame v.00.

In terms of overall usage, I'd say it's like:
Parasite Wear: Nelgal>Attribute Plate>Spirit Garment>Custom Frame v.00

It's your choice. Go with whichever you can get the easiest.

I'd use Spirit Garment not only because it's really nice for mid-level characters, but because all you need is a Magic Rock: Moola to create the infamous Aura Field.

created armours suck, well that's just my opinion, I got two unpiped Aura Fields in Oran offline Multi.

well how hard would it be for a lvl 76 Skyly to get spirit garment?

I didnt even realize SKYLY could find that armor.Attribute Plate is a nice armor BTW,too bad you cant go online to have an ID game that can find it(cant recall which IDs do)

Oh,well then here's the ID games you could look out for.I dont think Skyly finds Spirit Garment,but I could be wrong.

and temple is fun!

I'd say look in yellowboze VH east tower, Its a really easy drop from gibbles.

it is a lot easier in VH Purplenum
even Ult Whitill Seabed is not that hard

Its an easy drop everywhere.

I got 2 in one yellowboze VH tower run.

bluefull can find it easy from gibbles at east tower. Well atleast IMO. Made two runs with my Fomar and found two spirit garment both with 3 slots. ^-^

I have plenty of photon drops(99) so i can get the addslots i just need the actual armor

oh yeah i also need a shield i'm lvl 84ish now and i'm still using divinity barrier. i have a yellow ring but it's worse than the divinity barrier. So is the proto regene gear.

hmm, Lv 84 HUmar...
DB's Shield is good
Flowen's Shield for looks (it's good also)
Custom Barrier ver.00 is good and has very good resistances
Attribute Wall for resistances
Shield of Delsaber, good stats and 25 EDK
Secret Gear, good DFP
but actually the non rare, Ultimate, Spiritual and Celestial Shield will do good.
