DENIED: PD > j00

I spent the entire day online yesterday basically just leveling up, cmoding and hunting shiny red boxes. Near the end of the night we did a Viridia Ice Spinner, I've been doing these for a yasha for sometime now. I think its up to 100 runs give or take afew. Caves 1, Queek drops a PD... -o-; My heart stops... I feel like garbage the rest of the run. That was my 3rd Melqueek PD instead of a Yasha. So next we do a Whitill WT. First or second gibbles in tower... drops a PD. I'm told "Darn, that woulda been a lavis cannon." -o-;;;; This morning I got my Whitill HUne into Ult, I do a Forest run to level her up. I'm pretty sure a Tollaw dropped a PD. -o-;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Denied 3 times... curses.

I'll go log on pso now and get denied afew more times.

Puh... don't know why anyone expects anything but pd's. I've gotten 3 from tallows in 2 SOAB runs. I think I'll quit while I'm ahead.

And I've gotten 4 pd's from yellowboze hildets in one FoS run. and 9 in one yellowboze mines runs.not one was from a gilchic either ><

My redria just got to ult yesterday, I imidietly did quests to unlock FoS... and when I did, the 1st Hildelt I ever fight drops a Red Box... I was freakin... but it was a PD! ... I did about 20 something FoS runs today and now I have God/Battle! (motivation to just keep killing the little queers until they just can't take it!)

PD's are a piss off. But I have two things that cursed me more than PD's... Varista's and Diska's of Liberator! (Redrian ID) I've found 12 Diska's and 7 Varistas, but only 10 PD's. Blast them getting my hopes higher than just a PD. The dissipointment was worse. But then I got used to finding them.

It amazes me how the enemies that drop the rarest, best items are always the ones that drop PDs. I'd rather find nothing at all than find a lame PD... they frustrate me and everyone else here to no end.

How is that suprising? The game determines whether the rare drops before anything else and the higher the rarity of the rare drop, the more likely it's going to drop a junk item and from that, a PD.

At least some of you can use Photon Drops. Between three characters I have 32 and Im not going to be making it online anytime soon. Remember the offline kids next time you get frustrated.

I think i read somewhere, or someone said that PD's are in the same class as regular items, like dimate, monofluid, ect... So i like seeing PD's! I really don't see why people get upset about finding Photon Drops. I happily scoop them up when people leave them laying there because they're so darn useful! I'm always saving Photon Drops for something, especially now with being able to add Special Attacks to our S-Rank weapons.

Besides, who says that you're missing out on a rare when a Photon Drop falls? More than likely, you're missing out on a Freeze Barrier, 151 Meseta, a Monomate, or another crappy enemy drop. The most insulting Photon Drop I've ever had came from the Sil Dragon. It would've been his Claw (which I have no shortage of), but still, you should NEVER expect a Photon Drop from a boss. They're so much less common than the actual boss item.

I've also heard of a Photon Drop coming from a Pouilly Slime while someone was looking for a Lavis Cannon. Now if that doesn't epitomize stupid, I can't say what would.

I think lain2K3 would kill me for complaining about getting a PD from a Hildelt, but I've only done about 10-15 runs through FoS so seeing the red box drop got me really excited about getting a Luminous Field (as can been seen in my sig I already have a Luminous Field, but I got it from my friend & he didn't know if it was legit, so I really want to find one for myself). Other than that, I really haven't had too many issues with PD's. Usually when I find a rare enemy who doesn't drop what I want it's either meseta or a knight/power, stupid Mil Lily.

Hmmm, well I like PDs as much as the next person but... It's the fact you see a red box and your heart sinks and you think it's the rare you've been looking for. Then you walk upto anticipating the text box on the lower left of you screen to say something like "???Special Weapon." (In my case anywho.) Then "Photon Drop" pops, then comes the "BAH!"

My first Purplenum Mil Lily dropped a PD.I get rares like crazy (they usually suck though), so I actually believed I'd gotten my P-Wand. Now I'm on 20 mils and have had 2 L&K14's drop from Ob's right next to mil's.
