Pouilly Slimes

Just wondering, If I were to kill a Pouilly Slime that had split from another, and it didn't drop what I wanted, could I pipe bac kand try again? I've been trying to pipe a Lavis Cannon to no avail, and have a feeling that the several Pouilly's I have killed before now may be stopping me from getting it. Thanks in advance - Antimony

no. when you pipe for red slimes, you need to make sure you don't kill any of the splits before you find the red one, otherwise you will get nothing.
