How is this pronounced?

how do you say the 'caseal' like in RAcaseal and HUcaseal? my friend says it 'ka-seel' and my other friend says it 'say-sel'. i don't know;some clarification please?

I'm not sure how it's meant to be pronounced but I pronounce as Kuh-seel.
