is it an unwritten rule that as a player of the ultimate difficulty, you are not to speak or post of the creatures by name or form. i'm just curious because i've noticed in alot of my readings that noone mentions such things

Um, I think it is just that the subject does not get brought up as often as one would think. But there are usually some topics on Hildetorrs or Mil Lillies in under the episode 1&2 section.

That's probably an unwritten rule because most players don't give themselves the trouble of seeing who they're slaughtering.

I thought most people use the N~VH names so everybody (those who aren't up to ult) could easily relate to them ...

I think people also get used to using Booma ect because they spend the first time playing with those monsters, leaving an impression.
