Downloadable quests on PSOW

I've found the page with the downloadable quests, and I'm presuming they're for the Dreamcast?
Is this correct?
Are they for episode 1, ver2?
are they in japanese? or any language?
Do I have to do anything to them once I've DLed them with my Dreamcast web browser?

I believe all of those are for DC ver.1 and I believe they all will only play in the japanese language mode.
