DC v2 is refered to as V2
NGC and Xbox Ep I&II is refered to as V3
so EpIII is refered to as V4

it doesnt make sense tho to call epIII v4 since its a totally different gameplay... i would call pso plus v4 and pso pc ep1&2 v5..

Well I'm sorry, but from a coding standpoint, and a unified database throughout the site v4 was most convenient for me.

as for the v4 thing. please don't be so anal as to break down the game and what your take is on the different versions. it's for technical coding purposes for erupt's convenience to make it easier for our db and how it works since everything is connected and tied together.

it's not easy building and administering over such a huge interlinked database and seriously, erupt has done an amazing job of it.

v4 v6 v4.8x or whatever, it doesn't affect your gameplay.

From an item findings perspective, there's only 4 versions. PSO Plus can't be considered ver 4 since it's only ver 3 with some of the online content for offline use and some bug fixes. It doesn't add any new items or change the item findings at all. I can't see Ep 1 & 2 for the PC being a new version unless it adds a lot more than enhanced graphics, a new NPC and shortcut keys. Chances are, that will have the same items and findings as the current versions of it.

Yup exactly right, PSO Plus and very likely Ep 1 & 2 PC will be both v3.
