Can ep.3 HL transefer to 1&2?

My HL for I&2 expired and I can't renew because oddly enough my account ceases to exist.

As long as it's the same nationality (JP JP or US US), the HL for Ep 3 will work for Ep 1 and 2 as well. Just input the same serials into both and you're set.
