Here's some links and some common information about my connection status.

This might seem lazy...but really, it's just a cry for help because my ISP has done jack for me, and I don't have anyone locally who can help me with this.

Other Info:

-The BBA adapter I'm using used to be my brothers (used on a seperate GC)..not sure if that matters.

-I can access the game's website through the game but I can't access the PSO server...it just has the "finding DNS server" oage for about 30secs then I get an error 101 or 102.

-My ISP has told me they can't help with Gamecube information...so basically every new settings I try I'm just shooting in the dark.

-I use the same cable (CATV) for my laptop as I do my Gamecube, and they both go into the same port (just switch the cable back and forth).

-My ISP says we use PPPOA and not PPPOE

-I've tried power cycling everything...this hasn't worked.

-My router doesn't detect my Gamecube when I'm looking at the router through my dad's computer.

Are you able to purchase a Hunter's License but not able to get to an actual server?

OMG. I have the same problem even the same Westell A90. I have gone thruogh evrything and contacted my ISP (BellSouth) and frankly they just don't care. I can browse the website thru the GC and I can purchase a HL. I have even posted on the message boards asking to help thru the GC. I log on with the two options aside from PPPoE and I connect to DNS server but then I just star at a lobby for hours, after hitting A to get rid of the Minhiro page. I have to soft restart. I have a BBA and an ADSL directly connected to the GC through a standard Cat 5 cord. I have no Idea whats up with this especially since this setup has worked for a diff modem/isp before. and I have posted as Sk8 and Sk8in_Dude, you can post as a guest so you don't need to sign up. A kid having the same problem said he got it but he has yet to tell us what he did :/ Well good luck to all and pleas post if you figure it out.
