Alright what is the deal with mag cells in the offline v.1 for DC? Can you really find then in the vhard forest offline or is it a crock?

as far as i know its only possible to get mag cells from holiday rappys online , i mite be wrong though

In Ver 1 & 2 it was possible to find some of them offline. In Ep 1 & 2, they only come from holiday Rappies.
