no, you can't trade E rank cards, mainly since you can only get one of them. Might be the S/SS trade ban on them i code as well, but that's a stopper right there.

And this is a fact that you cannot gain more. Once you do the Wine quest to get the Frying Pan, every time you talk to the guy afterwards, he'll dig up another Akiko's card to give you, but your count does not go up.
