Is it even legal to mass prank call a public restaraunt?

What if the people calling were all from a country other than where the restaraunt is located? http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

I just read this entire topic and I think i didnt understand any of it.
A few questions
1, Is this topic a joke? as I'm a bit thick 2, do they do internationally delivery of salads as I'm hungry
3, Is it wrong to hold up a queue of 12 ppl wanting to do coarse work on a collage pc by posting long and pointless messages on PSO world.
The queue is now 14... maybe I'll just play that penguin whacking game for a few hrs or at least till the queue is gone.

Actually, one of my neighbors keeps playing that game. I dunno where she found it, but I keep hearing the sound effects.
