It's funny how so many Americans seem to be against the Fox netork whereas most Europeans don't seee what they'r eon about because they've never really watched anything from the Fox network http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

That's pretty odd. Just like when they claim that they don't make up their news.

I mean, seriously.

What's sad is the fact that people actually believe them when they say it.

What is even worse than that is that people actually watch the news and think that any of the stations are non-baised and that any of them tell the truth. :/

Of course all networks are biased, but that they still tell the truth. Even Fox tells the truth, they just stretch it a lot more than others.

Am I the only one who thinks their new show, "Playing It Straight" is incredibly wrong? Since when did gay people become a novelty?

Cos metrosexuality is so in ya silly! *limp wrist*
Nah, I dunno, theres also 'Queer eye for the straight guy' I guess its using overly camp homosexuals as comedy for the people who believe in those really camp stereotypes. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_confused.gif

Meh. John Stewart pwns all other news casters. Pretty sad when the guys making a joke of the news give a better story than the actual news people.

They give a better story because they are telling you what you want to hear.
They provide a patriotic, pro-republican view of the news.

Whats wrong with Tv news spin is all this fear mongering. Killer bees arent really that dangerous, the average person can suvive a snake bite and Terrorists don't want to kill you. I'm sorry but they really make it seem like its the other way round on most news programs these days.

Are you talking about the Daily Show? Cause that's the exact opposite. They criticize conservatives quite frequently. My favorite line from Stewart was about gay marriages:

"Uh, gay marriages... are they going to force us to marry gay? 'Cause I mean, otherwise, what's all the fuss about?"

No it doesnt make much sense. The retalation they get is always much worse and they aint even doing it for any reason.

They're a bit like really stupid dogs that proceed to try and hump your leg despite the fact you keep smacking them in the head.

Why limit your hatred of the mass-media to a single network? They all blow.

They are doing it for a reason. Not a reason I condone, but its what they believe in, no matter how hypocritical or skewed it is. They believe in taking out the West, for the sake of a peace loving religion. Doesn't make much sense, but then again neither did the crusades, and they killed more people.
