Pinz's Shop Cards

Does anyone know how to work Pinz's Shop. It's listed with items but if i choose to buy one, i dont get that item, whats up with that?

Is there a guide im just missing to it, does anyone even know who it works, or is it just random?

It's a list of cards that you can get. You get a random card from that list. Sometimes the card you get will 'tranform' into a better card.

You gain mestesa in tournements, and you use that to draw a random card out of a set pack...You normally gain some decent cards! My friend recieved a Sange, and a R1 Card.
