Rare cards

On ep 3, is getting a rare card like lavis cannon or something, still as rare as getting the item like on ep1 and 2?or is it just a common occurance?

I think it's alot easier to find rare items in ep.3. Like I just got a red saber in ep.3 at lvl 2,and i dont even have one in ep.1&2.

you have to work harder to level up and play all the different modes.
