View Full Version : Melqueek Hunting

I'm trying to hunt Yasha from Viridia Melqueeks (As I assume they're much easier to find then Skyly Indi Belra's) and I was wondering:

Heyf00l has a guide on quests that have the most appearance of enemies. Unfortunately, I'm not online, and I need a quest I can do offline (His guide suggests Ice Spinner).

Any suggestions?

There are guides here too. Like this one for instance:

I d probably do soul of Blacksmith and go to caves instead of forest. Then i would just take the quickest route to caves 3 and search for all of the guil sharks there. Make sure u take note of where they are so subsequent runs dont require u to go to thru all the rooms again.

Without Ice Spinner there really isn't much hope of you ever finding it.

Then again, you could say the same thing for Skyly Indi Belra's... impossible, period. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

Or Psycho Wand/Lavis Cannon from Gran Sorceror

Or Milla from Tallow

Or Heaven's Punisher from Mericarol doing normal runs of CCA

Get my point?

err, simply put, no.
your comparisons are irrellevant, Milla is much less rare, Psycho Wand is a lot rarer.

I go by heyf00l's opinion, do not waste your time.

Auracom has been hunting that damn katana from Viridia IS for a very long time now, and he is teh Yasha-less.

I don't know about this but would doing Endless Nightmare #2 would help? Considering that there is many enemies in it. I don't know just a thought.

Read the guides http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

IS has A LOT more Melqueeks

No, I'm serious. Ice Spinner is the only way to hunt the Viridia Yasha. And even then it's near impossible (curse you 15% drop rate). Offline you can hunt Gran Sorcerors and Tollaws decently well. But I would say that in any situation, hunting a 12 drop-rate item is hopeless. D;

while this wont help Chao i wanted to say that the White Day Event quest seems to be a great place to hunt Melqueek.

its a short straightforward quest with quite a few good enemies and a good pack of Melqueeks.

too bad it'll only be up for another week...

Milla is less rare?

MUCH less rare?

*shivers*

Should I retire to hunt Milla's then? http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

I found my Milla offline, so yeah, I suggest changing your target.
