Grinders arnt rare.... I can grind over 60 just with monogrinders....

Grinders arn't somewhere, they are everywhere.

EDIT: my skyly seemed to find ALOT of grinders in normal.

You'll find plenty of them on your way to lv 100. But, if you really need some, FiY would probably be the best place due to the Rappies have a 100% drop rate and their main drop type being lowering on the hieracrchy, which makes tool item drops from them more common.
