opinion change on androids

well i recently decided to create an android and try it out, so i made a HUcaseal, and i found out how good androids really were. not having resta can be kinda annoying, but the traps arnt as useless as i thought, infact they are alot better then techs. freeze traps are a garenteed freeze http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif. so then i got my friend into androids (he didnt like them either), and now we are both android fanactics http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif.

I now have a HUcaseal and a RAcaseal, he has a HUcast and a RAcaseal.

Yes, a trap can be quite useful and if you are good at it you can use it very strategicly. I personally like the confuse trap you can set it off in a group of enemies and just use a handgun/mechgun for HU or a rifle/shot for RA and just wait till their health gets low enough and shoot away!:P

Well, man, it only gets better, Me is lvl 142, HUcast. I have 20 freeze and confuse traps, they explode about 3 seconds after laying one, and can hit about half a larger room. I was never into androids on the previous versions. They are a lot of fun. Everyone should at least try an android character.

I am an old skool Andriod player. I like them due to their atp powers and challange as u have to avoid excessive damage

I must admit, even though they don't have Resta, they are a lot of fun to play. I miss my HUcaseal, I got her to lvl 125 on the Gamecube, then finally got the Xbox version (the gamecube is my brothers) and sold it...ah well. I love my HUnny more...

i'm a lil bit of a hucaseal fanatic...i like the high atp, the fact that you don't need to level up mind on your mag which adds to power and ata, they're cool with daggers and twinsabers...not to mention fast as well as accurate too... ^_^

I wish I could get into Androids. I've created 2 that actually got somewhere, a RAcast and a HUcaseal, but they've both been long since deleted. I'm probably gonna remake the RAcast though, he was really fun and nearly as strong as my HUmar. Plus, freeze traps are insanely useful on Ultimate multiplayer, especially when you have like 18 of them.

i have a lv 20 FOnewearl... took her into mutli-player hard mode and got smoked. took 5 shots of Foie lv. 6 or 7 to kill a REGULAR BOOMA. 4 if my lv 37 RAmar friend i was with shot them a few times...

point being: i dont like forces! gaaaaah!

I started my HUcast after my FOnewm were starting to become leveling up quite high. It really is a plesant change to know that you don't die in one hit and you can actually deal some physical damage. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

I used a android for a while then I deleted it to make a storage char. then i deleted that for a fomar.
I still don't have an android onliy humans/newmans

In my opinion, androids (especially Hucasts) are the coolest. True, they can't use techniques, but it also means that you get to save all of your fluids for your Mags. They also get to use traps, but I always seem to forget about them. I also love the fact that they can't be poisoned or paralyzed (which puts the other groups at a disadvantage). The only thing I don't like about them is that they're weak to Zonde attacks, but I easily got over that.

I do like the other classes, however. I just don't like them as much as the androids.

Meleeing does more damage than techs online.

Androids have the best melee capabilities of any class.

Playing online allows a Force to give you support techs and, more importantly (to the Android, at least), Resta.

Ergo, online, Androids are the ultimate damage-dealers. So long as the players know what they're doing, I love working with them. ^_^

yeah i just made a racast and he is soooo much fun. i already have a hucast so I know how to use traps which can be very helpful.

Yeah, when I play with my android and my friend's force, he'll lvl 30 Zalure thingsand give me lvl 30 Shifta. I deal I don't know amount of damage. Just lots.
