Is there a way to upload pictures from my US copy of pso?

i tried the PSo proxy site but every time i try to download the software it says the compressed(ziped) file is invaild
is there another way besides pso proxy or can someone email me the programs?

Download the free evaluation version of WinZip (http://www.winzip.com/downwzeval.htm). It may be that you have an older version. The compression ratio is different between the newer versions and the older versions. If you used another compression program, there may be an issue with that which is causing the error.

Anyway get the evaluation version and you should be good to go. I'm still using Winzip 8 and I had no problems with it at all.
