Searching for frames/armors

I intend to make a new char specially for rare armor/frame hunting and can`t really decide on which ID should I use. Is there any other Sec ID with good drop rate for rare armors besides Redria (I read the drop tables but those are mostly just numbers...)?

Nice sig, and Oran has some good armours while Viridia has some good shields.
