I've been playing the game for like 6 hours today, I'm up to the part when Red mentions something about an "Ultimate Weapon", last boss perhaps? Or am I still far off?

red is arkz, right? just look at the name of the quest you can select. After that, all you have left is to beat the rest of the quests, beat the hero side, beat the very last boss, collect 3 of all the cards, and make the best decks, then if youre online collect even more cards, beat all the quests thnat will eventually come, and get the highest possible rank, and max out your meseta.

And don't forget my personal goal: To destroy all of mankind with the cute and lovable Del Rappy. Of course, I need all 477 cards for that, so...

Hm.. well! What about this "Territory" card that comes up? What is that? o_o

It limits the number of copies of cards on the field to 1. Basically, making it so tht you can't equip two Swords, or have an Arkz use two Pouillies, and so forth.
