in Battle Mode and Challenge Mode the only option in the bank is Delete. how did you not notice the "Delete" option in the first place?

well people who get used to the game don't really even look at whats on the screen.
It happened to me once I deleted 2 slicers of assassins.
(OH NO NOT MY SLICERS OF ASSASSINS NOW I ONLY HAVE 12)

Ok, you just answered a question that has been making me wonder too. I noticed during offline challenge that the bank only gives you a delete option and of course I didn't choose it because I wasn't sure I liked the sound of "delete" in regards to my bank.

What's the point in a delete option? Can you not just drop the weapon? I'm confused!

This was just another one of ST's cute little quirks they added to the game. They figure you're not going to need to use anything from your bank in those modes, I guess, since you're supposed to be loading up quests. It still boggles my mind, though, why they'd do something so silly. At any rate, if you ever accidentally do delete something (or something happens that you just don't like) simply press the reset button to return to the title screen without saving. Remember, that's only for offline in any mode.

Yeah, I did that once too, to my amazement. I quickly reset after noticing that the dialog box had said "delete".

It was only an L&K, but still....

Uh, I saw delete and ran like crap. And I only keep 5 of each SW, cause otherwise I'd need 4 or 5 extra characters just to hold all the excess shit i find.

It's to counter the duping bug that the Japanese uncovered so quickly in JPv1.0.

No, it grinds your weapons to max, maxes out photon efficiencies, adds slots to your armor, upgrades Photon Drops to Photon Spheres and dupes everything.

But only if you delete ALL your items and then save & quit. It will all be in your bank when you start playing again.

You forgot a line.
