not checking psow brings luck?

usually i checked psow at least once each 2 days (hoping for new and fun quests) but i got tired of it and didn't look for a couple of weeeks/days. 2 days later, playing online doing f1 to r3 with my humar and when we started ruins i asked if i could have the spread-needle if it dropped. after a few rooms in ruins 2 a arlan drops a red box, someone hogs it and says its a pd. i was pissed cause rip-offs aren't fun (duh...) half way in ruins 2 i say that i hope the needle drops anytime soon (dreaming always helps http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif) and the guy who hogged the 'pd' said: uhh... garm? that wasnt a pd... here have it... and he dropped a untekked, 5 a.beast needle http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif i know it wasnt a hacked one cause: 1. thats acrappy hack 2. i was with the other guy all the time 3. none of the players used a telepipe (fo power). I wsa happy and decided that i should get T.a.n.k to ult (god/battle, demo comet and lavis cannon). when i completed my mission 2 days ago i did a whitill multi-mode run (there was dust laying on my fo forgot him after the needle..) and in the 7th room my friend and i see a mil lilly the bitch was down in a sec (again fo power) and gave me my second 75 agito http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif thats 2/2 (hope T.a.n.k will have the same luck with the lavis http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif). the only problem is that i checked psow today and that god/battle won't be in my possesion for some time... (dont mind all the spelling mistakes cause im to lazy to change them)

Errm, yeah right, but I think nothing has to do with your luck in PSO...
For me some characters have more luck than other ones. I have 5 characters above lvl 100. My REDRIA has found allmost all cool items he can find except Lavis cannon (dint pipe yet...) My PINKAL character found some real cool stuff to without even looking for it. My ORAN, BLUEFULL and WHITILL tho, suck real time in finding cool items...
Its an neverending discussion about REAL LUCK.

sure it's taboo.
check what you want, but Garm for an easy explanation, PSOW hates some people getting good items. It stops you from getting items.(actually I made that up)

If I'd bother to play I'd probably would have found some prety decent stuff. But until I finish certain other games *coughs* Stupid .hack I'll have to just sit a listen. That and ep 3 looks cool.
