RAmarl or HUnewearl?

Both are classes I like, and I only have 1 memory card http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif. This is my fourth char. I have no Ranger, but I have a HUcaseal. Which one would be better?

it depends, do you want a HUnter or a RAnger? both are good.

personally, id go with the HUnewearl or id go nuts. i cant stand playing as a ranger. playing WITH a ranger is different, but i cant play AS one. (although my other chars do use handguns/mechguns, but i fire at point-blank range http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif).

but go with whichever you want, really. both have really good techs.

Can the RAmarls Support Techs go up to 20 too? Anti 7?

Hrm.. This is purely IMO, but hunters > rangers..

Scince you already have a HU and no RA, RA might help to spread your playing variety.. as for me, i cant aim with RA, and id prefer to smash stuff up close anyways. A RA sect id might help you get some other unachievable items, but its strictly up to you on this. On my fourth character slot, i first had a HUmar.. then at level 27 i changed my mind and made a FOmarl.. got to level 22 and changed my mind again. went back to the redria HUmar i have no, lol.

well make a RA simply for the extra playing variety.
I suck as FO's but I still use them just because it's a new way to play.

RAmarl. You can melee, support, and of course, use mucho awsome guns. Take this from someone who has played with both, for extremely long periods of time each. Both are awsome classes, but you must try a ranger out, and RAmarl is the best choice, IMO. Many people I'm sure will agree with me there. But HUnewearl is another great choice. It is tough, but as said, do RAmarl. Jut think of her as a ranger version of the HUnewearl.

The extra speed you get on your handgun combo attacks was a pleasant surprise in Forest/Temple Normal at low levels/level 1 with my first time playing as the RAmarl.

I say make the Ranger so you can experience the joys of using shotguns and rifles. You should try to experience every weapon type to get teh most out of the game. If this aspect doesn;t bother you, pick the HUnny. Well, as you dont have a RA, I sort of have to advise making a RAmarl. I'd then suggest getting another memory card and making a HUnewearl, as they're my favorite far and above any other. Hmm, I tried out the RAmarl, and HUnewearl. Looks like I will go with the RAmarl. Can Viridia get any good items for RAmarl? Because I made a name for the RAmarl that's Skyly, and I like it too much too change it (plus I want a shot at Sealed J Sword).

HUnewearl, hands down. If not for her superior fun playingness, give it to her for her much better lookingness. Not to mention I personally find the only playable rangers are the android rangers, but that's jsut my opinion.

Viridia finds lots of Shotguns, which are okay for rangers. Make her Purplenum instead. Easy Frozen Shooter, Easy Spread Needle (owns every shotgun found in Viridia), and the only way to get Yasminkov9000M...which is about the best easy to get mechgun in the game.

Plenty of other good stuff, too. Easiest Psycho Wand, for instance. Lots of 9-Star Mechguns, which are great with Hit% on a HUnter or Melee FOrce.

And yes, buy another memory card. If you want to get all the items you want, you'll almost certainly need 2 memory cards.

I have gotten all 3 of those items on my purplenum RAmar... They are basically the only 3 weapons I use... If you do get a new mem. card then make a Skyly Hunewearl, then you can go for that J Sword that you want.

I'm sorry my sister is the only umm not easy looking hunewearl I've seen so far. I certainly hope there are more. M.C. Hammer pants rule over fish nets!

I used to play a HUnewearl back in V.1 & V.2 and was a lot of fun, the combination of Swords & good Tech skills was great.

But nowadays I play a RAmarl, mainly due to the fact I just love tech's and guns.......

Either is good as a secondary support character, and can clear rooms very quickly.....

I'd go with RAmarl. They look better as well!

Ya, I guess I'll make her Purplenum. And another question: Should I use a mag with these stats: 5/115/80/0 (which will take some time to get), or mag with more power, or my first mag (which is pretty crappy) with the stats of 16/35/62/87 at first?

I have a RAmarl and it's pretty cool. Lots of ATA and enough MST. I'd say HUnewearls are better when it comes to ATP and MST though. So RAmarl is outclassed!

Ramarls anti can indeed go to 7 unless mine is magic. Their techs are teh same levels as hunewearl. AS for a mag you need little dex in the end. Go with mostly power you'll need it.
