blag!! Japanese menues!!

I got PSO Plus and all... and right now I'm in the process of signing up a japanese HL for the first time. I checked out the guides here, and they have a guide for signing up a japanese HL for version 1.0 and 1.1, but it seems PSO Plus changed the forms a tad... and its enough where I get stuck at one part. Can anyone give me a hand here? I get as far as "step 12" on the guide here (http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=724). The screen is completely different now. I can't even begin making sense of it. >_> Please help me....
