stupid xbox pso question

i don't have broadband, nevermind xbox live, can i still play pso offline or is there some kinda online registration involved before you can play AT ALL??

just thought id ask.

No, you need to have an Xbox LIVE account file on the Xbox HD atleast, even if it's not active.

Yo, all you need is a friend w/an Xbox Live account. Have them import that over a mem card onto your Xbox and you can play PSO offline all you want. Of course there's always the prob of when you do get broadband and your own Live account of wantin to take your char you've worked on online. Not sure about that one there.
