197. There are some enemies that hide. There's a Booma who appears at the only gate in the Forest, there's two Evil Sharks in the Cave, one who appears by running straight once you start the level and through the wall, and the other one appears in the third room after a while. In the Mine, the room with Sinow Beats yields a Sinow Gold if you run through the wall opposite the entrance there, and there's a Dimenian who appears in the Ruins if you go through the warp in the small room next to the large open room with the platform in it.

you don't have to kill all!
there are the kill all & kill least ways
kill least is kill only 1 special foe to open the room..

Hey, I didn't manage it using the guide. It doesn't have any of the Tardy enemies...

No, it doesnt mention how many enemies are required for maximum kill (obviously all, 197) or minimum kill (obviously the minimum, 19).
But actually even if it doesnt, you should do fine with the guide, but its just nice to know the numbers.

That does need updating then, though as Primrose pointed out, you will get your purple rings fine if you follow the guide http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif
