Mag cell NEO ???

Back when I used to play PSO ver2 on the dreamcast, I recived a very strange item from a person I met online. As you may have guessed it was called Mag cell NEO and didnt have a flippin clue wat it was!After some time of having it an 'unfortunate' accident ocured which resulted in me being Nol'ed by someone (painful memories....coming back...)and I lost every thing and never found out wat it was! can any one shed light on this mystery of mine?

I believe that in V2, it was one of several different mag cells that, in theory, might have created the Elnoa mag. But, thanks to the generous hackers, ST decided that we weren't worthy of the quest that would make it. Damn hackers.
