Cards have ranks?

How can you tell what rank a card is? (S, SS, etc.) Is it the rank you get in the battle?

when you are organizing your deck, I think it shows it on the card. rarity ranks of N1 through N4, R1 through R4, S and SS and E, I think that's all of them.

Yeah, at the top right of each card there's the rarity of the card. The most common is N4, then N3, N2, N1, R4, R3, R2, R1, E, S, and SS (SS being the rarest)
