Rappy Quest and TP mats?

I read in a thread somewhere that you can get TP material off the Rappy's Holiday quest? I always thought that TP mats were only available in Challenge mode, so if you CAN get them in RH, how do you?

The button press lottery can give you tp mats.

BTW- 125 tp mats (does not effect hp mat intake) max
