I mean i beat both stories and during the ending credits it looks like theres a picture of Pioneer 2 landing on Ragol... But it doesn't explain anything else. Did they land?(Note that I beat the final boss on Arkz side if that makes a difference)

That's pretty much it. Since the ultimate source of all the wrong that's gone on on Ragol is gone (spthu! tough to say), the Pioneer 2 was free to land and set up a home.
