Help w/ ep.1&2 online

This is a bit of a long story.
I used to play 1&2 about 6 months ago, but i had to cancel my licence. Recently, I purchased a new licence w/ ep.3., becase I forgot my name and password, and sega had an error, and said they couldn't send my name/pass.
Well, so I tried re entering my I&II serial# and access key to start a new account. But it said they were already taken (i know this).
So I put in my ep.3 #s in, started a new account.
When I tried to go online w/ ep. I&II, it still sais my account has expired and won't let me go online.
I checked the settings, and it showed my EPI&II serial # and access key& pass, and I still can't get online.

My question is, HOW DO I GET BACK ONLINE?!!

Try using the serial number and access key from your Episode 3 (not from Episodes 1&2), since that is what the HL is tied to.

I tried that, and it said that both the serial # and access key of ep3 are invalid.

Can you get online with Episode 3? If so, you probably just entered the access numbers incorrectly in Ep 1 and 2 when you re-entered them. Don't multi-post please, it won't make us rush towards the post any faster. Actually less so, since more posts mean more chance that the poster's problem may have been solved.

yeh, but it started to go down the list, and I don't want to lose sight of it, and I tried to input them, like 100 times+ it worked before
