I go with lilies all the way.
Expecially any lily that uses megid is #1 in my book. It helps haveing 100 dark and laughing as a friend with 0 dark always dies as I jus stand there.

I have to pick Delsabers though I wish they'd drop their arms more often.

I like Grass Assassins, because they are a staple monster of Phantasy Star games and remind me of times fighting their 2D cousins in Algol.

I also like Delsabers - because they are one of the few monsters which appear to have some sort of basic enemy AI and don't just mindlessly pile towards you in waves. They jump, block, flank, and have two different attacks. The only other enemies that came close to giving me that feeling were the Sinows in DC v.1 & v.2 when they'd jump through the doorway and chase you down through the halls.

Okay, they may not have the overall coolness factor of Sinows, but they're CUTE! And I have a very difficult time feeling good about anything that kills me more often than anything else in the game. And besides which, it's almost Easter. How can I *not* vote for the giant Marshmallow Peeps??
