Rare Frames always have 4 Slots?

I found my FIRST Rare Frame and it happens to have 4 slots, do Rare Frames always have 4 slots?
(for the record it was a Guard Wave from 5th Pal Rappy)

no they dont always have 4 slots i got a custom frame from a hildebear and it had 0 slots, mabey you just got lucky

nope they dont. ive found 3 graviton plates in vhard mines with my skyly. slots: 0, 0, and 2.

My Revival Garment had one
My Luminious Field had 4 ... O_O

I don't remember finding any others ... =/

I only have one armor that is 4 slotted and I think that would be the DF field...

You can always trade for some or play with people that don't want PDs when they drop.

Wow I have had it for less then a year and I already have like 65 PDs.

BTW if you get a guard wave from a Pal rappy I'm pretty sure it will always have 4 slots. I think it depends on how you get the special frame depends what slots they have.

Honestly, I assume that the slottage on armor is exactly the same as everything else in this game: it ain't how, it ain't when, it's just fragging luck. Some people are lucky* and some aren't. There just aren't any tricky ways to enforce our will on the game, only ways to maximize our percentage chances.

*"Lucky" was my Dreamcast RAmar--back when there was no such thing as an AddSlot--landing a 4-slot Luminous Field.

i managed to find a 0 slotted gaurd wave on my first greenill pal...then a 2 slot on the pal after...also i have 2 sense plates, both with no slots...a luminous field that had no slots either...an aura field with no slots....but i did or still do have a custom frame with 2 slots somehwere XD
