If Michael Jackson never had surgery thats what he would look like now, Ugly both ways but I have to say he made the right choice. He looks better With Surgery (White Version) or without?

Poor guy dun turned fugly... Though the skin change was not his doing. Some funky disease destroyed the pigment in his skin. He just, enhanced, the effects and whatnot.. Wouldn't look so bad without surgery.
