22.5 pounds...!

From my average weight during my spring and summer of 2002. Trust me, I've lost about 20+ pounds weight to hit this mark.

Yay for me. (Lets make it to 220 lbs!)

<---210lb, yet i'm usually mistaken for like 180 or something, guess it comes from being 5'9" (or at least that was how tall i was last time i checked) and extremely broad shouldered with a slightly mild bear belly though i've never drank bear in my life. Just the feel on my lips disgusts me.

congrats to you on loosing that weight, i know how much of bitch it can be to try and get rid of it. ive been hounding my mom to lose hers for years because of all the health problems assotiated(sp) with being over weight. but she went out and got a treadmill so i cant say shes not trying any more. and incase any of you are interested, im 5'11 and 141.

I'm down to around 137 lbs at 5'7"ish.

I feel much better than when I was pushing 170 at the same height no less.

But now that all that weight is off I have to start eating enough to maintain the 137ish.

And probably weight lift some even though I despise it so. Rather be thin and atheletic than big and bulky. I can see the muscles in my abdomen now! So that's what my six pack can look like!
